Didsbury wire rope hoists are designed for safe materials handling and man-riding operations. Enclosed and open drum models are available to accommodate heights of lift up to 45 metres. Manually operated in standard form, Didsbury hoists can also be converted to air power drive by a snap-on attachment.

  • Manufactured in corrosion-resistant aluminum it offers excellent strength-to-weight characteristics and exceptional durability.
  • Quick release leg splay latch incorporated into head mountings –simply pull on the legs to release.
  • Self limiting leg position improves safety and access by eliminating the need for potentially dangerous restraining chains or obstructive tie bars.
  • Each leg is telescopically adjustable for height and level.
  • Quick release spring clip pins are easy to operate and secure.
  • Swiveling feet with rubber slip-resistant tread for use on smooth surfaces and spike profile to locate securely in soft ground.
  • Two universal eyebolts suit most hoists and fall arrester mountings.
  • Packs into its own carrying bag for safe and convenient transportation.
  • Proof loaded, tested and certified for man-riding and materials handling roles.
  • Provides exceptionally lightweight, free-standing lifting system when used with the Didsbury Deco 2000 and Minilift compact hoist.
