At Didsbury Engineering, we fully understand that our customer’s operational equipment needs to be robust, reliable, in prime working order and supported by a network that is both accessible and knowledgeable.

 

Increasingly, customers are requiring that any equipment supplied is fully supported by the manufacturer either by agreed maintenance support or with full availability contracts to provide peach of mind, reassurance and a fast response time.

 

Didsbury has responded to this demand and have offered over the years worry free tailored support packages.

Every product received by Didsbury Engineering is subject to the following maintenance procedure:

 

  • Upon receipt of your equipment for service and/or repair, it will be booked in our system and tracked at each stage until dispatched

  • Will be stripped for assessment and a quotation issued, a comprehensive breakdown report can be supplied identifying parts

  • Upon approval of the quotation, the service/repair is undertaken using OEM parts

  • Tested in accordance with LEEA standards

  • Equipment recertified for a period of 6 months for man-riding and/or 12 months for other lifting equipment

  • Supplied with a Certificate of Conformity

 

The equipment is serviced/repaired in accordance with “LOLER Regulations 1998”; lifting equipment should be thoroughly examined and inspected at 6 monthly intervals for man-riding equipment and accessories and 12 monthly intervals in the case of other lifting equipment.
